SANDRA HUENEMAN

Sandra Hueneman is the President and founder of Manchester Consultants and has over 30 years success in the EEO/Affirmative Action (AA) arena. Sandra has experience both within and outside the OFCCP, assisting employers with their EEO/AA needs. Sandra has held a number of positions with OFCCP at the District, Regional and National Offices as an Assistant District Director, Acting District Director, Sr. Compliance Officer, Program Analyst. Sandra on behalf of the OFCCP has written and delivered speeches to various forums, i.e., Northwestern University and Keller Graduate School, served on the advisory board and as guest facilitator/motivational speaker for the Chicago N.P. Construction Committee (Project Upgrade) and served on OFCCP’s EVE/EPIC committee. Sandra has received numerous honors/awards in recognition of extraordinary efforts and success in taking marginal situations and turning them into model situations and outstanding contributions to the Federal service, and numerous EEO awards.
 Ms. Hueneman has also held positions with Seyfarth Shaw as a Sr. Affirmative Action Advisor, assisting clients all over the U. S. with their EEO/AA needs; HR Compliance Manager for a subsidiary of ACE Group (formerly AON Corporation), and EEO Counselor with the U.S. Navy.

Sandra is considered an EEO/AA technical expert and possesses excellent investigative, analytical, negotiation skills, an exceptional strategic planner and is highly skilled and well versed in all areas of EEO, affirmative action, and HR management solutions.

Sandra is a member of the Chicago ILG, Indiana ILG, SHRM, and serves on the Indiana ILG Professional Development Committee. Claudia Douglas-Smith

Claudia Douglas-Smith, is Founder and President of Title VII Compliance, Incorporated and has 10 plus years of affirmative action and diversity experience. As a woman veteran, Claudia served as an installation-level Equal Opportunity Counselor who specialize in equal employment opportunity/affirmative action (EEO/AA) program administration. She has assisted military organizations in developing and implementing EEO/AA programs designed to align strategic goals with the core values of the organization. Her experiences include directing EEO/Affirmative Action and compliance initiatives for large organizations including preparing separate AAP’s for each first-tier organization.

Recently, Claudia held the position of Compliance Officer at U.S. Department of Labor – OFCCP, Indianapolis District Office. In addition to her Affirmative Action Planning and Compliances experience, Claudia serves as an Employment Investigator who provides clients with a combination of OFCCP compliance standards coupled with EEOC investigative requirements. This alignment considers the company’s business practices in examining complaint bases for the best possible outcome. Claudia provided subcontract investigative services to such esteem industry leaders as JDG & Associates, Curtis Lewis & Associates, Department of Veterans Affairs, United States Department of Agriculture and the United States Postal Service.

Ms. Douglas-Smith earned a Master of Science in Administration degree with a concentration in Health Sciences from Central Michigan University; and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Paine College. Additionally, she is a member of the Indiana ILG, SHRM, ACHE and AAAED. Claudia believes that successful organizations desire and understand the importance of being proactive in incorporating compliant HR policies and practices into their daily operations; thus, making them competitive industry leaders.

In her spare time, Claudia serves as an Executive Board member for WomenVet’s2Success, Inc., a small nonprofit veteran association headquartered in Georgia. She works with women veteran organizations on both a project and retainer basis to provide extensive professional business management guidance and comprehensive services tailored for organizational growth. She also provides Executive Coaching and Personal Development support for executives within the organization.

Ron M. Reid

Ron Reid, Principle and Founder of R.M. Reid and Associates, an IT consulting firm specializing in turn key product and application development for business solutions using web technologies, Lotus Notes & Domino, Relational Databases, and other tools. Ron has over 20 years of Information Technology experience assisting a diverse set of clients with the achievement of goals related to cost reduction, profitability, flexibility and quality. His areas of expertise include: business process design, software development, and project management systems. He has developed, managed and supported small to large Information Technology (IT) projects in the Financial Services, Automotive, Legal and Manufacturing industries.

Ron has the ability to synthesize large, complex sets of information and integrate into meaningful reports, recommendations and presentations. His working knowledge of IT systems includes: Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange migration; Microsoft Sharepoint Development architecture and proposals; Lotus Notes applications web Enablement; Knowledge Management (KM); Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Tracking using Oracle, C, SQL Server, Replic – Action; and Lotus Notes & Domino R5, R6, R7, R8 and web technologies.

Ron’s clients include Kemper Insurance, Bosch Corporation, TL Systems Inc., Northern Trust Bank, Aon and Brunswick Corporation. Additionally his client list includes not-for-profit organizations, Daniel J. Nellum and Habilitative Systems.

Ron served as adjunct faculty member at the College of DuPage. As a consultant, he provides computer training to the staff of clients. He has also provided computer training services as a volunteer to not-for-profit corporations.

Ron serves as Secretary of the Central Austin Neighborhood Association, a not-for-profit organization, of which he is one of the founders. The Central Austin Neighborhood Association’s mission is to revitalize neighborhoods 16 blocks at a time. His work as a volunteer in this organization has received recognition from the Fox News, WBEZ and the Better Government Association.

Ron has provided IT related services to Austin Coming Together, a community not-for-profit corporation, as a volunteer. He assisted in the development of the website and provided training for website support.

Ron’s education includes a B.S.E.E. (Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering) from Duke University. He completed graduate work in computer science at Clemson University. Ron has supplemented his formal education with the following certificates:

Jonamay (Joni) Lambert, Founder and President of Jonamay Lambert & Associates has a 25 year proven track record in providing diversity and inclusion consulting, training, coaching and thought leadership. Joni’s mission is to make a profound difference in how people live and work. Joni has been featured in Diversity Inc., quoted by the media, and has presented at national and international conferences such as the National Organization for Women, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Society of Intercultural Education Training and Research (SIETAR) and other organizations.

She is the author of a series of trainers' guides, including one on Gender, that are used by domestic and global organizations. She is editor and contributing author of "Global Competence." Her 13th and latest book, "Trainer's Diversity Sourcebook", is published by ASTD and SHRM.

In her spare time, Joni spends time on, “Hummingbird Hill”, her farm in Indiana with her husband and two teenagers. Jonamay holds a Bachelor’s degree in education and a MA in Counseling. Joni is also a certified coach.
M. Barry Phelps

M. Barry Phelps has operated his own independent Human Resources Management consulting firm, Eagle Associates, since 1995. In this entrepreneurial venture as Founder and President of the company, he works with various small to mid-size organizations on both a project and retainer basis to provide extensive professional HR Management guidance and comprehensive services tailored for individual clients. He also provides Executive Coaching and Personal Development Coaching support for individual and organizational clients.

In the recent past, Barry held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Shell Vacations LLC, a privately-held vacation ownership company based in Northbrook, Illinois. Prior to that, Barry was the Vice President, Human Resources for Imperial Eastman, a mid-size manufacturing company headquartered in the Chicago area.

The foundation for Barry’s progressive leadership style was formed early in his professional career, when Captain Phelps served on active duty as a Personnel Officer in the U.S. Air Force with the 379th Combat Support Group during the Vietnam Era.

He also presently serves as a Visiting Professor at DeVry University and its Keller Graduate School of Management, where he teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in Business, Ethics, Management, Psychology and Human Resources Management at several centers throughout the Chicago area. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Columbia College of Missouri.

Barry received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree from the University of Iowa, with a major in Management and Industrial Relations. He earned his Master of Science in Industrial Relations (MSIR) Degree from Loyola University of Chicago, where he majored in Personnel Management. He is also a Certified Professional Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Seminar Leader (CSL).

Barry knows first-hand that the most successful organizations view the HR Management functions as key to their efficient and effective operation, and that they utilize their HR Management professionals as full business, strategic partners in the enterprise.
